After starting the TruVision, I noticed right away the increase in energy and, for the most part, a curb in my carb cravings. After taking the pills for a week, however, I noticed that my sweat started to smell like ammonia. So I cut back from four pills a day to just two, and the smell went away.
I also found that I needed something to help me fall asleep at the end of the day during the two-pills-twice-a-day time. When I had cut back, it was much easier to fall asleep at night.
I ended up losing around 3 or 4 pounds during the 28 days, and several inches.
Cost wise, TriVision is expensive. Thrive is much more cost-friendly for a month. For a months supply of Thrive it cost me around 100$ with shipping (Canadian; American 60$ a month with autoship ). A one month supply of TruVision's 2 pills is 119$USD, which would be around 150CAD. Thrive was half the price for a one month supply.
I never noticed any smell of ammonia in my sweat while taking Thrive. I had a week between when I finished my TruVision and when my Thrive arrived, and man it was brutal. The morning I had my Thrive, I got up, had the pills, and then breakfast, and by the time I got to work I felt great. I stand on my feet for 8 hours at work. I can be active, running back and forth. And with a 7 month old who still doesn't always sleep through the night, the Thrive is so fantastic. I'll be weighing myself this coming Saturday to see how things are; I was sick with a stomach flu last week, which had me lose almost 5 pounds, so I'm not sure how to count things. I had stalled for a bit, but I probably had a good amount of water weight and bloat that added to the pounds. It's hard to be able to drink enough water through the day at my job, but I am trying my best.
I just need to work on cutting out alcohol altogether, but man I am SO stressed out lately. I want to invest in some CortiStop that is supposed to help your body stop the cortisol hormone from storing fat when you're stressed. I'll try and get that before the end of the month.
