June Update

Well, it's been a crazy busy, and stressful, few weeks but I have managed to maintain under 200lbs for the past month. I haven't been able to get to the gym every day because of a few early shifts at work (I am NOT getting up at 3 to go to the gym before I have to be at work for 5), but I have still been able to maintain my 1km in 7 min on the elliptical record.
Supplements I have taken: Keto pills, Thrive multi-vitamin. Also, chili thermogenics and electrolytes. Maca for my thyroid to help keep that all healthy with the weight loss. Trying to stay low-carb. I have started drinking coffee, which really helps me get through the day, with sweetener of course.
I might try another AdvoCare 24 Day challenge in August, I'll see how things go.
