Where did the summer go? My last update was in June. I have been maintaining my weight at around 200 since June. I haven't been to the gym in months, but I started back up the other day. I felt awesome that day at work after the workout. Still doing low carb and no sugar as much as possible. Keto BHB pills and Advocare supplements. Been having some trouble sleeping lately unfortunately so that just makes things more difficult. And the stress of work and three kids.
